My exercise diary from July

Each month I post my exercise 'calender' from Endomondo so that I stay motivated, it would be embarrassing if my calendar was almost empty!
 

In July I did really well. It's been my best month so far when it comes to working out and exercising. I've been using Endomondo for a year and this is the month I've burnt most calories and have been working out for longest.

 

I can thank Bettina for some of it. She made me go out several times a day and stay active. It's true that a walk gives you more energy than a nap or coffee. Besides once and for all I really see that the more active I am, the more active I become. I did believe this was true before, but it's so clear here on this month's exercise diary.

I love Endomondo and would recommend it to anyone. It tells me all sorts of fun stuff about my workouts. For example what you see on the left there is my overall summery for my workouts. I love knowing those kind of things like how far I've gone towards the moon, how cool is that?

 

You can also see on my statistics on the last pictures how long I have been working out each month and how many calories I've burnt each month. The purple part represents walking, the pink part represents yoga or working out and the green part represents horse riding.

 

So yeah, I'm pretty happy with myself this month. I also think everyone should join and add me, you can find me here:)
