This month I didn't put much thought into exercise or working out. I've been pretty busy, the first half of the month I was horse riding a lot and when I hurt my arm I just had to stop doing everything. I kept active by walking, though!
Anyway here it is, it's not too bad at all. I actually thought it would be worse, but I've been OK. I thought this was the month I was dreading that I had to show what I've done, but there was barely anything there.
As you can see I put up a section on my page called 'Healthwise'. It's currently empty, I don't even know if 'Healthwise' is what I will call it, if you have any better suggestions, please let me know. It will be where i share my fitness tips, inspirations, the ways I lost weight and so on. I was going to launch it last week, but after I hurt my arm I felt uninspired because I wasn't working out or anything. I will probably launch it this week, though and start writing about it there. I'm excited about it, besides I will never have an excuse not to workout because I will be writing about it!
